Order Payments

• Internet order may be paid with the following:
  Visa, Mastercard, Discover and PayPal.
• All Drums Etc. orders are prepaid before any order ships.
• All credit cards must be issued in the U.S.A.
• Billing address and shipping address must match for orders over $100.00
• Money orders and checks are subject to additional processing time.
• Drums Etc. is required to collect 6% sales tax on all PA state sales.
• Drums Etc. does not accept C.O.D orders.
• Drums Etc. does not accept international orders.

Please include the following information:

• Purchase order number
• Billing and shipping info
• Contact name, phone number and email address
• Item numbers, descriptions, item’s price, quantity, order total
• Authorized signature

Shipping

• Drums Etc. does not ship outside of the U.S.A.
• Drums Etc. does not ship to P.O boxes.
• Orders totaling over $99.00 or more that do not contain oversized items will ship for free.
• Orders totaling $98.99 and below will be charged a flat rate of $10.00.
• Shipping discounts do not apply to oversized items.
• Items that are marked oversized will be charged an oversized fee for each oversized item at checkout.
• Orders containing both free shipping items and oversized items will be charged for each of the oversized items only.
• Shipping discounts are not valid with APO/ FPO address’s and accelerated shipments. Drums Etc. will contact you with shipping details before processing your order.
• Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays.
• In stock items ship out by the next business day.
• In stock warehouse orders and drop shipments generally take 7-10 business days to receive.
• For back orders and special order items, Drums Etc. will contact you with an ETA before processing your order.
• Shipments can be sent: UPS ground, UPS 2nd day air, UPS next day air. For accelerated shipping please contact Drums Etc. (800)922-3786 for shipping rates.

Returns & Exchanges

• Items that are unused and in their original packaging may be returned for store credit or a full refund of the item’s purchase price.
• Refunds are made based on the item’s value. Excluding the shipping and handling.
• Defective merchandise will be exchanged for the same product.
• All exchanges and returns must be requested within 10 days of receiving your order. Returns not meeting this requirement may be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee.

• All returns and exchanges must have a return authorization number.
