Returns:
• Merchandise that is unused and in its original packaging can be returned for store credit or a full refund.
• Defective merchandise will be exchanged for the same product.
• All exchanges or returns must be requested within 10 days of receiving your order.
• Please call 717-394-3786 for a return authorization number and instructions. All returns must have a return authorization number.
Tax:
A 6% sales tax will be included on all PA State sales.
Shipping:
• Drums Etc. Does Not Ship Outside The U.S.A
• Orders totaling $99.00 or more that do not contain oversized items will not be charged shipping.
• Orders that total $98.99 or below will be charged a flat rate of $10.00.
• Shipping discounts do not apply to oversize orders. Items that are marked oversized will be charged $39.95 ea at check out. Orders containing both free shipping items and oversized items will be charged $39.95 for each oversized item.
• Shipping discounts are not valid with FPO/APO address’s and accelerated shipments. If you choose either of these methods during check out, a customer service rep will contact you by the next business day to verify your complete shipping rate and detail before processing your order.
• Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
• It is our supreme goal to deliver your musical merchandise to you as fast as possible. Most orders ship out the same day. Some orders and drop ships may take a few more days to ship. Most orders will arrive to your destination with in three to seven business days.
