Conga stands using bolts, wing nuts, and washers have always been a hassle in terms of set-up time and lost parts. That hassle is now history thanks to LP’s Slide Mount Double Conga Stand.

   

The patented design of this unique stand eliminates the need for bolts, wing nuts, and washers. Instead, mounts on the congas just slide into the stand’s unique V-shaped receivers. These receivers securely grip the conga mounts, allowing no slipping or bouncing even under hard playing. Yet the congas easily lift up and out of the receivers for quick and convenient removal.

  

Another new feature of this unique stand is a support bracket that adjusts to individual conga diameters. This bracket has been placed low on the stand to eliminate strain on the upper receiver that might cause bending.

  

The heavy-duty folding base has added holes in the main vertical pipe, allowing for more height adjustment than previously available. These holes accommodate a pin-lock system that secures the upper height-adjustment post to eliminate the possibility of slippage. And the entire stand-and-conga assembly can be easily moved thanks to locking casters on each leg.
